"Manik Hardware " our mother concern was established on the auspicious day of indian independence 15 th August 1961. The seed of this tree was sown by our Chairman Shri. Kantilal N. Shah under divine blessings of their uncle Late Shri Hirachand Shivlal Shah and father Late Shri. Nemchand Raoji Shah. The small bush of conventional Hardware material shop was nurtured with honesty & diligence by hearty support of his brother Late Ramanlal N. Shah, Late Subhash N. Shah, Late Rajendra N. Shah.

Now the small firm is well known as  Manik Hardware Pvt. Ltd., with two branches, one is in Ichalkaranji and one branch at A/P Savali (Sangli) respectively. The company is in a strong position to expand & convert the traditional steel yards into a big shopping Mall of Building Material not only in Ichalkaranji but in neighboring cities.
